run while you can...this company micro-manages more than any company I've worked for. You do get a company car but it is equipped with GPS and they will even question when you stop to find a bathroom. The way the company is ran makes 0 sense and some of the things they do is mind boggling....like it's 2022 how about your views change as well. Also the account manager role is more of an account executive role as you don't manage your accounts or any account in your territory you're just expected to bring in new business by any means necessary.
