Pros

The training is excellent, the pay can be good under certain circumstances, local management cares to a degree

Cons

Call center doesn’t look at your schedule before scheduling literally anything, new customer services will disrupt schedules on a daily basis, upper management will institute new systems and policies without letting you know what’s happening, your schedule for the day can change at a moment’s notice(good luck scheduling any personal appointments), time off pay is weird, you never know what your next paycheck will be unless you’re extremely extremely organized(and even then good luck), lower level management often gets hired from outside and have zero pest control experience

Pros

Opportunity to work for a well-established and respected industry leader with a strong reputation. Competitive pay with performance-based incentives and opportunities to increase earnings. Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to build valuable skills. Clear career advancement opportunities into leadership, management, or specialized roles. Excellent teamwork and support from experienced colleagues and managers.

Cons

Long hours and overtime may be required during peak pest control seasons. Daily exposure to pests, insects, rodents, and tight or uncomfortable spaces may not be suitable for everyone. Meeting sales or performance goals can be stressful, especially in customer-facing roles. Work schedules may include evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs.
