Pros

Nothing other then some customers are friendly

Cons

They give you a route that you’re expected to manage but they keep adding more customers to it to make you think you’re getting paid more but you’ll be working longer hours. If a customer leaves then you are the one to be blamed. Horrible management in every way. Meetings every week to complain about how bad their employees are performing. Management and the employees they hire tend to be racist.

Pros

Opportunity to work for a well-established and respected industry leader with a strong reputation. Competitive pay with performance-based incentives and opportunities to increase earnings. Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to build valuable skills. Clear career advancement opportunities into leadership, management, or specialized roles. Excellent teamwork and support from experienced colleagues and managers.

Cons

Long hours and overtime may be required during peak pest control seasons. Daily exposure to pests, insects, rodents, and tight or uncomfortable spaces may not be suitable for everyone. Meeting sales or performance goals can be stressful, especially in customer-facing roles. Work schedules may include evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs.
