Pros

**DEPENDING ON THE BRANCH** super lenient managers, depending on who they are as human beings, and how they choose to treat you. Whenever you're finished with your route you get to go home. Meaning if you finish at 2pm or 12pm, you go home. However make sure to wait until 2 incase a start comes in. Depending on the managers, they don't overload you with services from other routes without letting you know they will be adding something. Depending on the manager and the culture, usually you'll enjoy your time there. Depending on the manager, everything will be easy going, and you won't hear from the manager sometimes for a whole week, you go finish up your customers and go home. May not even need to visit the office unless you have to turn in paper work. Depending on the manager, its a very very chill position.

Cons

Too much responsibility put on the tech with little pay. Base pay is 37,000 depending on the region of course. No room for growth. The only way to grow with this company is to either have good relationships with people up top, or work so hard for little pay and they somehow see it. If you ask for a raise, they will say no raise. At times during the summer, you have 15/16 or 17 services, however they add starts to your day, as if there are no others days available for that start to be added to. Everyone who works at the office is so scared of regional and division its hilarious. There is always meetings every Tuesday at 7am, or 7:30. Why ? well because they're scared regional may walk in some days so they hold a meeting to make sure they cover themselves. Its the same old same old every week. Nothing new in terms of information. They make you do these "courses" on ultipro, you do them on your own time even at home because regional out of nowhere decides EVERY TECH NEEDS TO FINISH IT by for example no later than 10AM on a Tuesday. However just last night it was Monday and they send out a late text for that. Regional seems to just be making moves on the fly, with nothing planned. They don't care what time you finish, if you finish at 8pm or 9pm, they'll never call you and say hey why are you still out there ? Customers come #1 before safety or anything. They lie and say no "SAFETY" comes first, all lies no truth, its all about NUMBERS, CUSTOMERS, and WHY WASNT THIS SERVICED. There is more cons however my fingers are tired of typing. I️ DO NOT recommend you to work here if you want some sort of life outside of work. DO NOT APPLY, or consider. Depending on the branch its a hit or. miss. Oh by the way if you have a color more darker than vanilla, you will never reach a promotional spot to regional or division. NEVER. It's as clear as day.

Pros

Opportunity to work for a well-established and respected industry leader with a strong reputation. Competitive pay with performance-based incentives and opportunities to increase earnings. Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to build valuable skills. Clear career advancement opportunities into leadership, management, or specialized roles. Excellent teamwork and support from experienced colleagues and managers.

Cons

Long hours and overtime may be required during peak pest control seasons. Daily exposure to pests, insects, rodents, and tight or uncomfortable spaces may not be suitable for everyone. Meeting sales or performance goals can be stressful, especially in customer-facing roles. Work schedules may include evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs.
