terrible management bad micromanagement useless drama talk making it uncomfortable to work around and cliqueness If you ever been on a "improvement plan" good luck getting off of it. It ruins your chances to move up, transfer or get other opportunities or raises. Company used to be good, but new CEO, brought crappy changes.
