Pros

Doctors are wonderful. Very clean office.

Cons

The upper management is awful. Lies,lies and more lies. If you are an ortho tech, run the other way and don't look back. I felt like a slave here. I was used and abused just like the other "medical assistants" I also had the unfortunate opportunity to train under someone that treated me like dirt. Several complaints, nothing was done. Early mornings, late afternoons, lunch was not guaranteed on certain days. Drama. Walked out happy.

OrthoAtlanta has a true patient-first mission, and it feels rewarding to be part of a team that’s making a difference. Leadership is approachable, coworkers are supportive, and there’s real opportunity to grow as the organization expands. The benefits are solid too, which makes it a great place to build a career.

Cons

Because the organization is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities sometimes shift, which takes flexibility. Some of the systems and processes are still catching up, so there can be a learning curve as new tools roll out.

Cons

Management doesn't really care about you being burnt out and underpaid. Also doesn't seem like there are many growth opportunities within the company.
