Pros

Job security because they pump patients through there like nobody's business

Cons

The manager is inexperienced, messy, untrustworthy, shows favoritism, inconsistent, forgetful, and will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. Corporate can't be trusted either and the two ladies are very rude and abrupt when you ask a question. Nothing is a secret. They set you up by writing you up for no reason then fire you after they get a paper trail going. You have no one to run to. Get a great lawyer!

OrthoAtlanta has a true patient-first mission, and it feels rewarding to be part of a team that’s making a difference. Leadership is approachable, coworkers are supportive, and there’s real opportunity to grow as the organization expands. The benefits are solid too, which makes it a great place to build a career.

Cons

Because the organization is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities sometimes shift, which takes flexibility. Some of the systems and processes are still catching up, so there can be a learning curve as new tools roll out.

My peers are very kind and most of us feel the same way.

Cons

Management doesn't really care about you being burnt out and underpaid. Also doesn't seem like there are many growth opportunities within the company.
