Leadership is approachable, coworkers are supportive, and there’s real opportunity to grow as the organization expands. The benefits are solid too, which makes it a great place to build a career.

Because the organization is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities sometimes shift, which takes flexibility. Some of the systems and processes are still catching up, so there can be a learning curve as new tools roll out.

Management doesn't really care about you being burnt out and underpaid. Also doesn't seem like there are many growth opportunities within the company.
