Pros

There are great people that work there but under stress. There are definitely openings, but be sure to ask yourself: Do I want to work there?

Cons

There is a management that demonstrates preferences to employees and show no assistance to help develop others but themselves. They overwork employees, expect tasks that should be done by much higher levels but then don't reward them for consistently meeting these expectations.

Pros

OrthoAtlanta has a true patient-first mission, and it feels rewarding to be part of a team that’s making a difference. Leadership is approachable, coworkers are supportive, and there’s real opportunity to grow as the organization expands. The benefits are solid too, which makes it a great place to build a career.

Cons

Because the organization is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities sometimes shift, which takes flexibility. Some of the systems and processes are still catching up, so there can be a learning curve as new tools roll out.

Management doesn't really care about you being burnt out and underpaid. Also doesn't seem like there are many growth opportunities within the company.
