Doctors and staff are great to work with

Cons

Very toxic work environment due to management from the top down. Treat employees with disdain and blatant disrespect. Makes people work by themselves with 200 t patients. Does not listen to concerns. Does not take responsibility for their actions. Always tries to turn it on the employees.

OrthoAtlanta has a true patient-first mission, and it feels rewarding to be part of a team that’s making a difference. Leadership is approachable, coworkers are supportive, and there’s real opportunity to grow as the organization expands. The benefits are solid too, which makes it a great place to build a career.

Cons

Because the organization is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities sometimes shift, which takes flexibility. Some of the systems and processes are still catching up, so there can be a learning curve as new tools roll out.

Management doesn't really care about you being burnt out and underpaid. Also doesn't seem like there are many growth opportunities within the company.
