Pros

I get to be paid handsomely and it was more than enough to pay my bills. Benefits were also good, and promotions were attainable, but would you sell your soul to get that promotion?

Cons

Work there was so stressful. Bosses were demanding. Colleagues were not helpful at all. All the employees were used and abused. It's really quite concerning. I thought I could take all the bad treatments just so I could have a job to pay my bills, but enough is enough. I chose my health and wellbeing over getting paid handsomely but being treated badly.

OrthoAtlanta has a true patient-first mission, and it feels rewarding to be part of a team that’s making a difference. Leadership is approachable, coworkers are supportive, and there’s real opportunity to grow as the organization expands. The benefits are solid too, which makes it a great place to build a career.

Cons

Because the organization is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities sometimes shift, which takes flexibility. Some of the systems and processes are still catching up, so there can be a learning curve as new tools roll out.

My peers are very kind and most of us feel the same way.

Cons

Management doesn't really care about you being burnt out and underpaid. Also doesn't seem like there are many growth opportunities within the company.
