Amazing physicians. High compensation. Decent benefits.

Cons

Management company is awful. No support. Unrealistic expectations. IHG has no clue what is truly going on and needed in their clinics. They are out to make money with no concern for patient care or work environments and morale.CEO is completely out of touch with the providers, staff and clinic needs.

OrthoAtlanta has a true patient-first mission, and it feels rewarding to be part of a team that’s making a difference. Leadership is approachable, coworkers are supportive, and there’s real opportunity to grow as the organization expands. The benefits are solid too, which makes it a great place to build a career.

Cons

Because the organization is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities sometimes shift, which takes flexibility. Some of the systems and processes are still catching up, so there can be a learning curve as new tools roll out.

Management doesn't really care about you being burnt out and underpaid. Also doesn't seem like there are many growth opportunities within the company.
