Pros

the patients were managed ok

Cons

This was the worst place I’ve ever worked in my career. What do they say rolls downhill? It starts from HR moves through management, All the way from the physicians and down to the physical therapy managers. There is a profound lack of communication, support to the employees, in all realms, and equitable solutions to significant problems both with patient care and with the treatment of employees. Management does not listen and did not respond appropriately to a mass exodus of physical therapists in certain locations. You will not be treated well if you work here. This is not a good company to work for. Ethical boundaries are being pushed, and there is nothing short of bullying that occurs in the clinics. Management will do nothing. Speaking to Michael Oscal has about as much staying power as breath on a mirror. Nothing will get done.

Pros

OrthoAtlanta has a true patient-first mission, and it feels rewarding to be part of a team that’s making a difference. Leadership is approachable, coworkers are supportive, and there’s real opportunity to grow as the organization expands. The benefits are solid too, which makes it a great place to build a career.

Cons

Because the organization is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities sometimes shift, which takes flexibility. Some of the systems and processes are still catching up, so there can be a learning curve as new tools roll out.

Pros

My peers are very kind and most of us feel the same way.

Cons

Management doesn't really care about you being burnt out and underpaid. Also doesn't seem like there are many growth opportunities within the company.
