Pros
Working with patients is great and you are always encountering new experiences. The providers in the Boone office are great to work with.
Cons
High turn-over rate. No one stays in the clinical department long. Management in the Boone office is horrible. You are micromanaged. If you want an enjoyable experience you somehow have to manage to get the manager and team leads to like you otherwise they will make your time there miserable.
