Sounds like a great opportunity at first. The people that you work directly with are awesome.
Cons
When applying or listening to managers talk about the working experience here they make it sound like its going to be great however be prepared to feel unappreciated and to have others push unwanted tasks onto your list of responsibilities. The billing department will not be patient nor employee friendly. There will be a lot of talk about teamwork but ultimately this will not happen in the majority of departments or across multiple departments. Benefits for satellite office are horrible compared to what's offered at the main office. Reimbursement is non existant and they'll take surveys about employee satisfactions but no action from upper management will happen.
