Pros
Treated all employees with same care and concern. Benefits are amazing, they have excellent training, well structured. Great people. They like to hire from within which is great once you're in the door.
Cons
Sometimes you might feel overlooked as it's becoming such a big company. Hard to say anything bad about them.
