Pros
Great place to work and gain experience. I have been working for OrthoCarolina for almost 3 years. The people at my office are great and the benefits are good. I have learned valuable things. However, I took this job to get experience and after about 3 years I am looking for a new job.
Cons
No room to grow in the company. The raise you get every year is about .25 cents or maybe .45 cents its so little I cant even remember. I have been here for about 3 years and am looking for a new job outside of OrthoCarolina. I have a college degree and took this job to gain experience with hopes of advancement. I have been doing far more then what I am paid and am just tired of getting nothing in return for the work I do. This is a great position and company for those who do not have a four year degree and who are not looking to advance.
