If you don't mind working with children then this is the place for you. There is an extreme lack of leadership and "management" passes off responsibilities to others that are nobodys and people that aren't management are bossy, it's like working at a daycare. Employees use foul language and the doctors just allow it with no discipline. People are allowed to work outside their scope of training and present themselves as something they're not. It's not a surprise when "management" doesn't have actual experience or training for the "titles" they hold.
