Not a great experience - Accountant II OrthoCarolina Employee Review

Poor inhouse reporting tools. I did not have a great experience as a new employee. Management would walk me through something once and consider it a huge inconvenience to review my work and get mad if I miss something, especially annual changes needed to be made to the systems. Instead of bringing errors to my attention would go gossip with other managers who would tell me 2nd hand that I made the error.
