The pay is the absolute worst. This company expects you to almost work for free and steadily increase your responsibilities. We once received bonuses but this was replaced by a new pay structure that upper management promised to be better that we have yet to see. There are alot of false promises. The benefits are horrible and when we are going over them, HR brags as if the employees have won some kind of prize. Our premiums increased but benefits decreased. Also, for some reason, our department had to start going back into the office with no clear reasoning.
