You have benefits, but you cannot use them, like PTO!! The sales force treats the inside corporate employees like their servants rather than their co workers, and executive management allows it! Executive management listens to NO ONE, and all managers and supervisors are puppets. They no longer know right from wrong, cannot see their employees are miserable, and do not care. Mandated weekends and overtime is outrageous! They hire you, telling you how wonderful it is, and what your job will be, they LIE! They hire under completely false pretenses!! This place is a joke. All the employees are looking elsewhere. They beat you and beat you, then walk around and feed you RedBull, candy, and ice cream, thinking it will make you work faster and harder! And leads, supervisors and management are clueless, or just dont care! They are incompetent, and know NOTHING to help mentor and guide their teams!
