Pros

None. Do not work here under any circumstances.

Cons

This is the single worst place to work in Spartanburg County, possibly even the entire state. To begin with the management all the way to the top is some of the most corrupt, lying, biased, and downright clueless people I have ever seen. Upper management here could not keep a lemonade stand functioning. If you didnt come from the Spartanburg Steel Good Ol Boys club you will be targeted when their buddies are looking for an opening. They want all the employees to work 50-60hr weeks but this doesnt amount to any additional production because the engineers, MES, and other support teams are full of people that bought their credentials on Temu/Wish/Shein and are never made to actually do anything, some of their resumes even show they have never been in manufacturing in any capacity but lets let them be leadership and support. So 50-60hrs a week and about 1/2 to 3/4 of it is downtime sitting around doing nothing but every week the goal for trucks goes up like some kind of magic is going to make it work this week. They're on a constant crusade to fire anyone they decide they don't like this week, doesn't matter if you're the best worker on the line , once you get targeted your time is limited. Two people just got fired for being out with covid, management claimed their doctors note and covid tests weren't "good enough". On the flip side if you're one of the chosen ones you can come in drunk, high on meth, threaten to murder coworkers, be caught smoking dope on the floor, fornicating in mail trucks, and a series of other wild infractions with absolutely no repercussions.
