Horrible Management - Production Assembler Oshkosh Defense Employee Review

They lie about receiving raises after 90 days, they discriminate against people with illness, their Human Resources is horrible, they have a buddy, buddy system. They never listen and want to speak over you. Management sucks down from Human Resources down to Supervisors. Also what a ridiculous point system. 12 points in a year but you cannot receive them back until the next following year of the day after you received it. NO sick pay or nothing.
