Pros
I could not ask for better colleagues. The org structure is flat, so it's easy to be seen and heard by execs and senior managers. The office in Waltham is well-appointed, comfortable, and easy to get to, though the road it's on is constantly under construction. The company provides very flexible schedules with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week. There is always an opportunity to learn and/or do something new.
Cons
Some desirable benefits found elsewhere are missing here, such as tuition reimbursement, internet/phone reimbursement, and comp time. The org structure is flat, so there are not many opportunities for advancement within the organization. Cash compensation is below average to average. Annual cash bonuses are especially low compared to other companies. The company offers no equity compensation, which increases the sting of average cash compensation.
