Pros
Exposure to software in various industries
Cons
Moved around from project to project like a pawn on a chessboard with no notice after only a few weeks on each. Do not come here if you are a growing engineer, they have little patience for teaching. The entire tech stack is home-grown code that has no documentation or reference so you're left to simply figure out what tools are available to you on your own. Company provides no support when a new client is having trouble onboarding you. The expectation is that you are working all hours of the day - I would get action required emails very late at night almost every day of the week. On the whole, I've never felt more hung out to dry by any employer in my career. We were worked to the bone to finish a project for a client by a deadline, and then my entire team was laid off the following day with no notice.
