I've been able to work on interesting projects with new technologies. Not always the same thing day after day. I get to work with people smarter then me! My team members listen to what I have to say. I like that I can grow professionally pretty quickly. You just need to let management know and showcase your work.

Cons

Things can change quickly so you need to like that way of working.
