Pros

Great office location and office dynamics - working with engineers, architects and planners in an "open" office environment was really fun and exciting. Good work life balance and culture.

Cons

Workload balance was not great at times, and when you're salaried it really stings. I saw many people burn out. Also, the lack of female leadership and opportunities for females was glaringly obvious.
