Pros

I have been with Otak for about a year and a half and have noticed huge changes for the better. The company really puts forth an effort to offer a healthy work/life balance for its employees and encourages personal career development. We put a high value on sustainability and giving back to the community - you can even accrue additional PTO through volunteering! It is an open door environment from top down so everyone feels inclusive. Management does a great job keeping staff informed on financials, strategic growth plans and employee accomplishments and recognition.

Cons

Technology needs to be updated on some fronts.

Thank you for your comments. Otak's opportunity to accrue PTO through volunteering is one of the best benefits we offer! Employees also have the option to donate their PTO to help coworkers in need. You'll be glad to hear that our IT team has been bolstered and revitalized, and they are working on several improvements to boost our technology tools and resources.
