I work with awesome people who want to see you succeed, we work hard but the management understands that life happens and are very accommodating to scheduling. The best resources and all the tools you need to do the job right are provided. I work with a fun team with great values who are committed to excellency and it is great!

95% office work 5% field work, so far.

You might want to talk to your manager about your every other Friday off idea...not everyone would like the 9-hour workday part, but sounds like it would be great for you. We strive for flexibility in work-life balance, and it looks different for each employee.
