several employees are doing their best in a toxic office

Cons

Throughout the Vancouver and Portland offices there is high turn over. Bullying was accepted by managers (who were the bullies) and human resources did not solve the bullying of women and other staff. Employees quit to avoid harassment and/or the toxic office.
