Pros

Engineers and architects work under one roof although the collaboration is minimal.

Cons

-Average designs that only meet the needs of profit driven clients. -Unethical practices and not a healthy environment to work in. -The business development team is disengaged from the architecture team; no culture, no values.

Engineers and architects work side by side, both in their workspaces and on projects. In the past couple of years, we've invested heavily in building a transparent, fun work environment where everyone is valued.
