Pros
This is a company with a "positive", up-beat culture. The compensation was more than adequate. The work-life balance was a consistent 40 hours / week the entire time I was there.
Cons
That said, the management and development team was very "clicky". It was all about who you knew. There was little to no assistance on projects, the documentation for development was abysmal and the expectations for timely delivery were high. In short, if they want to keep you,
