Came for a career, got a job. - Patient Service Representative Ottobock Employee Review

Bonus program shut down my second week at the company. No one has gotten a raise in two years. Training is non existent. No one is actually in charge of our division in a year since pathetic excuse for a leader was walked out of the building (at least senior mgmnt got that one right). That was 13 months ago. On call every other weekend plus two or three nights a week. Work over 8 hours a day and you get an e-mail telling you to clock in late the next day to eliminate over time. Which is actually not over time but works out to $7hr in addition to your salary. Guessing this division is up for sale. I'm sure the rest of the company will be happy to see the red headed stepchild go away.
