      Pros

      Change in executive leadership has empowered and enabled teams to deliver on organizational goals. Mission statement is felt throughout the organization, and we come into work to deliver on what needs to be done for customers and end users. I am hitting the 5 year mark, and work has been fun every single day.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons. It's a FAST growing company and industry, so there's not a ton of structure in place.

      Pros

      Great management and everybody that works here is just awesome. Good structure for onboarding new hires.

      Cons

      No clear career path or structure for promotions/raises.

      Pros

      Mission-oriented culture, Excellent leadership in North America and many quality employees that continue to strive for better and better. Modernization efforts are recognized and prioritized with many initiatives underway. If you perform well, recognition and career mobility follows.

      Cons

      Hard to drive change at times with certain team members. Clean data and systems can be an issue that requires manual efforts, but change is underway. IT processes can be hard to understand and time-consuming.
