      - Courage (Everyone helps as team spirit) - Consistance (No matter of the time always here) - Problem solvings (We will find a solution) - Not the least => we all go in same directions This is my thoughts and more than happy to discuss any opinions.

      Cons

      - On my industry, it is booming so u need to keep focus on each activity as it is very much booming but you will always get someone next to you to help!

      Great management and everybody that works here is just awesome. Good structure for onboarding new hires.

      Cons

      No clear career path or structure for promotions/raises.

      Pros

      Mission-oriented culture, Excellent leadership in North America and many quality employees that continue to strive for better and better. Modernization efforts are recognized and prioritized with many initiatives underway. If you perform well, recognition and career mobility follows.

      Cons

      Hard to drive change at times with certain team members. Clean data and systems can be an issue that requires manual efforts, but change is underway. IT processes can be hard to understand and time-consuming.
