Pros
Easy to get hired with little experience
Cons
1) Salary is typically gonna be ~40% less than other companies and doesn't increase no matter how long you stay in the company or how many more roles you take on or how many hours overtime you work. 2) Professional growth opportunities are non-existent. Typically, there are no positions to move up to in your area of expertise. 3) Employee turnover is big. Rare for someone to stay in the company for more than a couple of years. 4) Management pretends they appreciate employees but when it comes down to it they will never give a salary raise no matter how hard you work or how many years of experience you have or how significant or a role you have. 5) No work-life balance with it very common for employees to have to work at night time.
