      - exposure to how companies make architectural IT decisions - changing company that is trying to embrace AI - opportunity to work with some big governmental accounts

      Cons

      - falling behind the market, hard to find new accounts - sales cycles can be 12 months + - resources available for sales team are not that great, initiatives within the company are not well thought through

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
