Pros
The product is very impressive. It enables developers to build apps faster and allows teams to collaborate and manage their work well. It takes a little time to get used to the visual programming approach, but once you do, the speed is amazing and coding becomes more fun. As for the company, over the past 3 years we have nearly tripled in size. Growing at that speed is a challenge, but the people that have joined the team are really great and there has been no drop off in the talent level, which is hard to believe. Hopefully that trend continues.
Cons
Rapid growth puts stress on an organization because it often requires changes to the ways things are done. Change isn't a bad thing, but when things change too often, that can cause some people to be uncomfortable and get frustrated. The changes and motivations for those changes are clearly communicated, but that doesn't make it any easier.
