Pros
Looking from the outside the Low Code Market is now established and will grow strongly for the next decade. OutSystems is the leader, being here is as much of a challenge as it is an opportunity to learn, grow and drive a very relevant part of this Market, making money with it. From the inside it's a company where values matter. Naturally with growth some get a bit lost, and a constant reinforcement by the "value followers" is needed, still you will very rarely find a company where you are MEANT to ask why, challenge the status quo and your managers.
Cons
As with any other growing and not so small anymore company, life isn't easy and you start observing a few small Kingdoms that aren't there for the company's performance. When it become's unbalanced it hurts the company dedicated teams, possibly beyond repair.
