Pros
Employees are treated very well and the COVID adjustment plan has been dealt with the utmost proficiency. From shifting our work to remote, to make sure we all had the gear we needed or supporting everyone's mood with several activities and rewards.
Cons
Going through a big growth period, some things are yet to be cemented and there's a need for new processes, while still maintaining that "start-up" culture that allows for innovation and individual growth.
