      In the 4 years I've worked at OutSystems, I've been given so many opportunities to grow, work on different things and really put my skills to good use.

      Cons

      We often do too much at once, so lack of focus can become a real problem.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
