Laid back attitude. There aren't many checks on the quality of your work and that translates into a good work-life balance.
Cons
Low pay and currently not being able to maintain their best and senior employees. High management turnover is very high (e.g VPs leaving after 6 months) and decisions are made not taking into consideration product complexity and what customers want. Chaotic and constant changes in terms of product - Management is clueless. OutSystems used to have a great culture, but not anymore. Nowadays is a culture of half truth and where if you complain your performance review will suffer. Company is struggling financially after years of hiring frenzy. As a developer you might end up working in support (without anyone telling you that during the recruitment process)
