      Great company to work for, great benefits and hard working team!

      Messy internal process, tough to get edge cases/exceptions accomplished for the customer without looping in many resources for visibility.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
