      The company has potential to be great. The software offering is great; one of the best in the space. Compensation is on the "average" side.

      Cons

      Navigating benefits and most things people/HR-geared is almost impossible. Prioritization is a challenge; often feels like you're a ping-pong ball.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
