      Product is well positioned in market.

      Cons

      OutSystems is all about meetings and planning but the company actually runs very inefficiently. This is not a company that I would want to work for long term as they are very short sighted.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
