      Organizationally divided. Middle management has their legs cut out as Senior Leadship will remove any voices who challenge strategy or direction. Constant reorgs. Job satisfaction depends on the leader of your organization

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
