Pros

Clear company vision and values. Coworkers are fun and easy to collaborate with. Great incentives - surf ranch days, and great discount on product. Open communication with executive team, lots of feedback, professional development and mentoring. Awesome workspace. Every employee has a seat at the table and feels empowered to share their thoughts.

Cons

Small parking lot, but better than no parking lot. 🤷

Pros

Outerknown has built out its corporate team, and elevated the caliber of talent. It is excited to see the work being done and the direction of the company. There is a real excitement about the direction we are moving in, elevating the women's line, expanding brick-and-mortar retail stores, building out a brand marketing team, invested in an expansive and sophisticated e-commerce team, and more. So excited to be a part of this growing team and organization!!

Cons

Disappointed by past Glassdoor reviews, not sure about their credibility, or the accuracy of statements, but can only speak to my experience which is excited about the potential and future of this brand. A super talented, energized, high performing group, committed to making a difference together.

Pros

Hands down, Outerknown is the worst company with which to do business. Accounts receivable is corrupt and sales reps are terrible with communication. Chaos within the inner circle of Outerknown with many people fired, only to be replaced by other corrupt employees. Clothes poorly made. Their chinos blow out in the crotch, their blanket shirts arrive with cracked or missing buttons, A company that wants to look shiny on the outside but gray on the inside.

Cons

Everything about the company is bad
