A waste of my time - Analyst Ovation Healthcare Employee Review

A lot of work for little pay. The training isn’t long enough before being rushed to work on the phones. Seems to be a lot of mixed communication within the company and they use very outdated phones instead of a phone app like most companies which cause issues as well. I’m honestly not sure how this company is even still managing when they keep losing business. I’m also confused on my position is customer service but somehow it states I’m an analyst.
