Project managers are inexperienced but tasked with carrying out company initiatives and pushing efforts outside their expertise and skill level

You'll get paid ofcourse but it's not worth it.

They genuinely don't know what they're doing. the company and business is just a front and hustle to get contracts or projects they have little to no expertise about from southern california gas. The Owner was a previous employee of SOCALGAS but wannts to start a busineess of his own because he thinks he can. He employs and laysoff ruining people's career path.
