Pros

Able to keep a great work life balance. Have a great team around me and the other teams we have to associate with are very supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

Not certain how the full migration to Prolink/Oracle is going effect my job. Seems to be a lot of areas that we rely on MXP for are not going to be available in Prolink or we will have to do triple the work to get something that used to take seconds to find. Believe it will add a substantial amount of time to do quoting and turnaround times on getting quotes back will be longer. Some depts can use additional training on commercial product lines. Need more effective communication on new product launches/delays and any updates to existing products that are important.

Great brands, strong market positions, and plenty of opportunities for growth. The Overhead Door brand, in particular, benefits from an exceptionally loyal customer base and outstanding brand recognition, providing a solid foundation for long-term success.

Cons

The organization is pursuing too many initiatives simultaneously without the resources needed to execute them effectively. In addition, the company is significantly behind in its technology capabilities and has been hampered by an ERP implementation that has dragged on for years. The prolonged rollout has continued to impact production, operational efficiency, and many other aspects of the business, making it difficult to execute strategic priorities and drive meaningful progress.
